Most of our lives is controlled by automatic intuitions or habits. These may be good, bad, or neutral. My aim is to help you create sound, sustainable habits, and reshape bad habits into good ones to enhance a maintainable, healthy lifestyle.

The book is divided into eight focus areas: the relationship between mind and body; the art of living; diet, eating and drinking; sleeping; social interaction; sex, mind, and matter; brain health; and caring for the body.

The “small steps” notion is employed: altering one tiny habit, or constructing one positive habit, may seem inconsequential but the cumulative effect of many such changes is significant.
